The Sanskriti Centre for Cultural Excellence held an event in Parliament, which Bob was happy to host, to commemorate World Water Day. Today, 1.8 billion people use a contaminated source of drinking water, putting them at risk of contracting cholera, dysentery, typhoid and polio. Attending at Bob's invitation was the Rt Hon Priti Patel, Secretary of State for International Development, who came to support the event and speak about how the UK is helping to facilitate clean drinking water in developing nations around the world.
