Bob was honoured to attended a number of events on the 100th anniversary of the Armistice. I joined our local Conservative councillors at events in the constituency and joined the parade at The Cenotaph with a group from our local Jewish community. A service was also held at Neasden Temple to remember the service of Indian soldiers in the Great War.
The Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, joined Bob and local Conservative Councillors on Stanmore High Street to talk to local residents and discuss what can be done to tackle violent crime in Harrow and in London. The people of Stanmore and local business owners were very supportive of the Home Secretary's plan to tackle violent crime.

Amazing work is being done to assist the weak & vulnerable here and Bob has supported this incredible organisation for 30 years. Bob joined the Anthony Nolan Trust and Priti Patel MP in Parliament to encourage bone marrow donations from people from Asian backgrounds. According to the Anthony Nolan charity, currently, donors from Asian or other minority ethnic backgrounds make up just 16 percent of the register and patients only have a 20.5 percent chance of finding the best possible donor match.
